We have one of the most robust classification systems in the logistics industry allowing us to consistently deliver Operational Excellence across the world. We operate to the Veritas Bureau: ISO Quality Standard 9001:2008.
This ensures we define and codify operational standards and then go on to measure our warehouse sites’ & transport operation against those standards and set improvement goals. Assessments are held at a minimum six month intervals and we make all operational attainments fully visible as we challenge our own teams to constantly improve. Every SIETE site is classified into one of four categories – Developing, Basic, Advanced and Showcase.

From Milk run collections for your inbound goods to temperature controlled and time-definite vehicles the scope of our global services is extensive. And with our web-enabled tracking services and cargo insurance available your shipments are in safe hands.

For the all-important Final Mile we have developed a range of solutions which are helping our eCommerce teams deliver around the world.
SIETE Three Pronged Approach to the Final Mile means that in a number of locations we operate our own extensive ground networks – notably in the US / UK / Italy / Turkey.
Outside these key locations we leverage existing relationships with third party suppliers – this is where we work with local specialized companies for heavy and bulky items and then partner with parcel providers for smaller items. All this interfaces with CEVA’s TMS (Transport Management System) with parcel providers in target markets.
And thirdly we bring innovation to the market – where we partner with disruptive, new entrants offering new Omni-channel options to retailers such as Wing in France.
